When will my order be sent?

Items such as calendars, calendar sheets and notebooks are made and assembled to order. Please allow 1-3 days for printing and assembly before shipping. You'll also need to allow for shipping times depending on the postage class you chose at checkout.

Can you send my order quicker?

If you need your order for a specific date, please get in touch with us via our helpdesk. We'll see what we can do to meet your dates.

How do I return an order?

We accept returns up to 28 days from the date you received the item. To start a return, contact us via the helpdesk to start your return.

What are the shipping options?

All orders are shipped by Royal Mail and we use Tracked48 and Tracked24 services. Tracked48 is a 2-4 day service and Tracked24 is a 1-2 day service. Tracking information will be included in your email notification that will be sent when your order has been shipped.

What do I do if I didn't receive my order?

Contact us using the helpdesk and we will track down your parcel. You can check on the status of your parcel using the tracking information provided in your dispatch notification email. If you have an account with us, you can track your order in the customer hub. 

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order has been damaged during shipping, please get in touch with us via the helpdesk. Please also upload some images to allow us to investigate. A replacement will most likely be offered.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

If you need to change your order or update your shipping address, you can contact us using the helpdesk. Please do this as soon as possible to make sure that changes are caught before your order is shipped.

The item I want is out of stock, will it be back in stock?

Some of our items may show a back in stock notification button. You can eneter your email and we'll let you know as soon as it is back in stock. If there is not a button available, please get in touch via our helpdesk.

Do you ship to Europe / USA?

At the moment we only ship within the UK. Unfortunately we are also unable to ship to Northern Ireland although we are working to resolve this very soon.

Where are you located?

We are located in Aberdeenshire on the North East coast of Scotland

Can I visit the studio? 

At the moment we are unable to host visitors. If this changes, we will likely announce this via email or on our social media pages. Make sure to follow us or subscribe to our emails to keep up to date with news from the studio.
