How do you ship orders?

All Parkhill Paper Co orders are shipped via Royal Mail - standard shipping is Royal Mail Tracked48 and you can select Express at the checkout which is Royal Mail Tracked24.

Both options are fully tracked and you will receive tracking information once we have shipped your order.

Tracked48 packages usually arrive in 2-3 business days and Tracked24 packages are usually next day.

Please note that it sometimes can take up to 10 business days for your order to arrive, although with the tracking information you will be able to see where your order is.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Some of our items such as calendars and notebooks are made to order, and may take 1-3 days to make and assemble before shipping.

Wall planners are usually in stock and are generally shipped the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation / dispatch email once it is on it's way. The email will contain details of your order and tracking information.

I want to return my order, how do I do that?

We accept returns - please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello @ parkhillpaper.co.uk 

You have a further 14 days to return your items to us. Please do not send anything back until we get back in touch with you. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and items must be in original condition and packaging.
